What is it I hear you cry!

Well furniture gets returned for a number of reasons.

1. The catalogue sends the wrong colour item to the customer!
2. Wrong Item has been sent.
3. In the case of flat packed furniture, parts are sometimes missing.
   (we get these parts replaced)
4. The customer has been out 3/4 times when the delivery has been arranged, item is then returned and not put back into stock.
5. Customer is not happy with the end product.
6. Sratches on the furniture.
7. In the worst cases some items are broken, but again we get the broken parts replaced.
   

As you can see there are loads of reasons for furniture returns!

We deal with a company that recieve lorry loads of furniture every day.
They pick out the best pieces and replace the damaged or missing parts.
Anything else goes into spare parts or scrapped.
